Delivery and Returns


Standard Tracked Delivery – 5-7 days

For most items our standard delivery charges are £4.95. Please see the note below for Made to order items and original artwork.

We appreciate that our delivery window of 5-7 days is a little longer than Amazon Prime! As a very small business, we tend to only pack and send orders 2-3 times per week, but can sometimes accommodate expedited delivery requests.

If you have any questions or special requirements please get in touch with us here and we will try our best to help.


We can deliver your parcel anywhere in the world. Within the EU please allow 10 working days and at least 14 days for most other places but this can take longer. Please contact with us if you would like to purchase something and I will find out delivery costs.

We send all of our international orders using Royal Mail’s International Tracked service.


We can deliver Original Artwork to anywhere in the world using Parcelforce or offer free collection or free local delivery around the Dunblane area. Please contact us if you are interested and we can discuss delivery.


Some items on the website are held in stock by us while others are made-to-order and sent to you directly by our specialist printers.

This applies to the stretched canvas and splashbacks.

All of our stretched canvases and splashbacks are carefully hand-made to order and sent via specialist couriers. We aim to deliver in 5-7 working days, although it can occasionally take a little longer. Please note that returns of these items can only be accepted through our error or faulty product.


Exchanges and Refunds

If for any reason you would like to return a regular stock item for an exchange or refund, please return it to us at the address provided below. Please remember to ask at the PO for (free) proof of posting, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely;

If you don’t have your returns form please just include a note stating your name, order number and what you would like us to do – refund your money, send another size, etc.

Faulty/Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged please contact Sarah at [email protected] before sending it back as we can usually send a replacement without seeing the item in person.
